Superman is #1. Batman only has a fancy belt and no real superpowers. Superman can do so much more than just fly (which he can do without the cape).

Superman is an illegal alien who took some other reporter's job, and therefore should be deported. Batman is a rich womanizer with awesome gadgets. Superman has only 1 weakness which makes him lame. Being vulnerable to everything humans are vulnerable to, and living through them all, makes Batman awesome!
