Superman totally rocks because he's the one with real powers. I asked my dad, and he put it this way; "Batman's just a rich guy with a bunch of toys." I thought that was great. There's no way Batman could stop a jet plane from hitting the ground. Go superman (and Ketchup)!

Batman easily wins. He has the best villains.
Joker, Two-Face, Catwoman, Ra's, Bane, Clayface, Riddler, Croc, Ivy, Scarecrow...
Superman has only a couple solid foes, but most of them are lame (Luther, Brainiac, Metallo, Zod, etc)

Superman was forced into being a hero by birth, while Batman chose to be brave when he could have just kicked back with some ladies on a bed of money for the rest of his life. Also, Superman thinks a pair of eyeglasses makes him undistinguishable? Lame!

Its not even a question that Superman would kick Batman's you-know-what.
He's stronger, faster, quicker, better eyesight and hearing, can fly.
Batman would not be able to keep up with any of that.
