Hi! Wow, I haven't been back here in quite a bit. I still have school, but it should be ending in about 2 weeks! Anyways, I did finish Gravity's Rainbow! I absolutely loved it. But, oh my god, there's so much symbolism, I kinda wish I'd taken notes to follow most of it. And of course, Pynchon's post-modernist style means the ending is kind of like <<>>. The book definitely takes the reader on an epic journey though. I also finished The Crying Lot of 49. Oh my, the ending! The book's pretty great and the I feel that the person Oedipa was looking for was perhaps a previously mentioned character. I don't know. I just felt that way after finishing it. Although, I don't quite know who I'd pick as the mysterious bidder. Currently, I'm reading The Lost by Daniel Mendelsohn (might've gotten the author's first name wrong). It's about the author's search for six of his relatives who died in the Holocaust. 'Tis a good read.

When I get done re-reading Harry Potter, that will be the next book, I will read. It will be the first graphic novel I will read. It was the first, (and so far only), graphic novel that I've read. It's fantastic. . Watchmen is amazing. Im with you Pogs, it's the only graphic novel I've read, but it's up there with my favorite books of all time. The story line is amazing, and the way that it makes you think about society is really incredible. It's a great read! But I'm reading: Death On The Nile - Agatha Christie I love her murder mystery books, they're seriously some of the best mystery books ever written. And the best stories by her, (and just murder stories in general) is when someone is killed in place where only someone they knew was able to do it. Like the classic story : it's a stormy night, people gather for a party, they're all in one room, lights flicker off, there's a gun shot, they find someone dead, and only one of them could have done it Best murder mystery stories!

I just read all the Percy and the Olympians books... they're really cute. They'll get younger people interested in learning about Greek mythology.
