I scared myself by singing along to almost all of Jay's picks. I didn't realize they were so embedded in my brain. Especially "Denver the Last Dinosaur" which I haven't thought about in at least 13 years. So I have to go with Jay's list.
Themes I would have chosen based on what I grew up on: The Simpsons, The richard Van d**e Show, Get Smart, The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Care Bears, The X-Files, Ren & Stimpy, Powerpuff Girls, ...wow so many...

Well obviously I am somwhere in between you two in age, and I definatly have to go with Jacks songs. Jay did have a few that outdid Jacks songs, but overall Jack had alot more that I enjoyed. I am just wondering though, where was the Dukes of Hazzard? That is my most memorable TV theme song.

Come on, Jack's songs were SOOOOOO much better than Jay's. Although I'm not a big fan of many of Jack's shows, Jay's songs were just downright lame.

Even though the FRIENDS theme song was way overplayed, it's still a classic.
And I'll have to go with Jay's list (sorry Jack) because that stuff is from my generation. And the Fresh Prince of Bel Air rules all.

I knew and enjoy all of Jack's songs. I LOVED the Fall Guy theme song! I've been singing it since you played it on the podcast. Sorry Jay, I only knew about 4 of yours. With that count, Jack gets my vote.
Kudos to all those who put X Files in their list. I thought of it and Charles in Charge too. There were a number of classics from the 70's that always come to mind as well as shows like Cheers, Remington Steele, and a little more recent shows like due South, Forever Knight, Silk Stalkings, Lois and Clark and Veronica Mars.

I gotta go with Jay's cuz I grew up with alot of those shows, Jack's I hadn't even heard of some of them, and never watched any of them, but then it was before my time lol. I agree with everyone who said Muppets and Fraggle Rock should have been on there, but maybe Jay just hates Jim Henson ;D lol, j/k Jay I'm on your side

Hey all, Been listening for months, just got round to signing up because I simply had to vote for Jack. Most of Jay's tracks were TERRIBLE! And very few of them were even on TV here in the UK Jacks were all pretty good pieces of music in their own right and therefore got my vote. James

I will have to go with Jack's choice. He has the more classic stuff on and since I am a bit nostalgic, he hit the spot with shows like "The Fall Guy", "Simon&Simon", "Magnum, P.I.". My favorite shows from Jay's Top Ten were only "M.A.S.H" and "Pink Panther". By the way, here in Germany we have a car commercial on TV starring Lee Majors as Colt Seavers Go and check it out at: www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBK-cwpHZUE

I have to go with Jay. I was absolutely giddy listening to some of those theme songs. Admittedly Jack is probably the "better" list, but I have to go nostalgia over quality. Also, this topic reminded me of a site I stumbled on a while ago: "]http://www.cracked.com/index.php?name=News&sid=1970](I hope it works. I was able to get to the site so I could get the link, but copying it into another tab doesn't work)

'Denver the last dinosaur' has been stuck in my head since monday. Thanks alot jay! I loved Jay's list, but I would assume it's because I watched many of those shows too. Where was Saved By The Bell? I watched that all the time.

Even though the MI theme is tuff, I have to go with Jack. I think it's my age. I'm an old fogey like he is.
Jay, you sure did grow up with lame tv shows.
