Ferris Bueller is such a great movie. I can watch it over and over again. Ferris Bueller is the kind of person everyone wishes they were. And that car is awesome. Whats not to love? Favorite and Completely true quote:
The key to faking out the parents is the clammy hands. It's a good non-specific symptom. I'm a big believer in it. A lot of people will tell you a good phoney fever is a deadlock, but you get a nervous mother, you could wind up in a doctor's office--that's worse than school. You fake a stomach cramp, and when you're bent over, moaning and wailing, you lick your palms. It's a little childish and stupid, but then so is high school.

Ferris all the way.
Ed Rooney: I don't trust this kid any further than I can throw him. Grace: Well, with your bad knee Ed, you shouldn't throw anybody... Its true. Ed Rooney: What is so dangerous about a character like Ferris Bueller is he gives good kids bad ideas. Grace: Mmm-hmm. Ed Rooney: Last thing I need at this point in my career is fifteen hundred Ferris Bueller disciples running around these halls. He jeopardizes my ability to effectivley govern this student body. Grace: Well, makes you look like an ass is what he does, Ed.

The 80s may be over, but the children of the 80s still remain. Long live "The Breakfast Club"!

Its a bit of a long post but, this speaks my vote...
Hey, hey, hey ,hey Ohhh... Won't you come see about me? I'll be alone, dancing you know it baby
Tell me your troubles and doubts Giving me everything inside and out and Love's strange so real in the dark Think of the tender things that we were working on
Slow change may pull us apart When the light gets into your heart, baby
Don't You Forget About Me Don't Don't Don't Don't Don't You Forget About Me
Will you stand above me? Look my way, never love me Rain keeps falling, rain keeps falling Down, down, down
Will you recognise me? Call my name or walk on by Rain keeps falling, rain keeps falling Down, down, down, down
Hey, hey, hey, hey Ohhhh.....
Don't you try to pretend It's my feeling we'll win in the end I won't harm you or touch your defenses Vanity and security
Don't you forget about me I'll be alone, dancing you know it baby Going to take you apart I'll put us back together at heart, baby
Don't You Forget About Me Don't Don't Don't Don't Don't You Forget About Me
As you walk on by Will you call my name? As you walk on by Will you call my name? When you walk away
Or will you walk away? Will you walk on by? Come on - call my name Will you all my name?
I say : La la la...

Two words.....Jake Ryan.....when I was 14 he was the hottest thing I had ever seen. He still takes my breath away when I watch 16 Candles. I read an article last year that said the reason Jake is such a popular name with boys now is that movie. Women still see him as the hottest.
My vote is for 16 Candles!

At first when you guys said "John Hough" I was about to sighm thinking I had not seen any of his movies. But I have seen Uncle Buck and of course, Ferris Buler's day off.
I voted for Ferris, its just such a timeless classic. Uncle buck was funny though lol. I think Ferris might win, since people of my generation are most likly to have seen it.

Man - it was a toss up between "Ferris" and "Breakfast" - but I had to go "Ferris" based on "Twist and Shout" and Cameron's call to Rooney.

It was a toss up between Sixteen Candle and Breakfast Club. They are both good movies. I vote for Breakfast Club.
