my vote goes to lord of the rings.now dont get me wrong i love star wars.but i prefer lord of the rings because it just seems more adult and mature.theres a real end of the world feeling especially towards the end.and no other film has made me cry like a baby at the very end (dont ask).so thats my two cents

aaah what a horribly difficult choice!!! They is both awesome! i'll go with LOTR though. It's more recent graphics wise, it's got more coherent story and u can really get into it and it's cool. SW is all of these things too actually (xept up to date grfx on some episodes), but hey, gotta make a choice  LOTR it is. |

LORD OF THE RINGGGGGSSSSSSSS...it PWNS. Star Wars rocks, no doubt, but LOtR it just....I've read the books, and theyre just....awesome. Is Star Wars based on books? Plus, the CGI was awesome. Star Wars is awesome, but the new stuff just rocks.

... looks like I'm the first one to vote for Star Wars.... yay I definately prefer Star Wars to Lord of the Rings.... really no contest for me... LOTR wasn't bad... really quite enjoyable... but I felt at some points they tried to cram in tomany story points and characters from the books... which could have/should have been left out... Star Wars may may have gone down hill a bit in The Phanton Menace and Attack of the Clones.... but that thakes nothing away from the original three... and in my opinion Revenge of the Sith aswell... although I know many people dissagree with me and hated that aswelll.... but what the hey GO STAR WARS!! |

I'm glad we can vote online, but won't we all know the outcome pre-Ramblecast listening? Is there a way to hide the results, preserve the suspense and all that?

the last 4/ the first were THE best then they go all govt. on us with 1-3 and lord of the rings was totally awesome just the last two movies with non stop frodo and sam sequences i could have done with out not that i'm implying anything ;D |
