I believe it to be true, or actually I want it to be true. The episode IS called the Cost of Living. Red-herring? maybe, but I've got bets on Charlie or Eko. It won't be jack kate or sawyer. hopefully |

Good point about the title...since it's an Eko flashback the odds would put him at the most likely to go...I really don't want that to be true. I could see it relating to Charlie...or maybe someone else has to sacrifice themselves FOR Eko. |

I really want it to be Charlie. DaughterofDharma sent me the link to the article, and we talked about who would shock him, and are series regulars, we didn't count the new ones for this season. And we have come up with Locke, Eko, Charlie, Claire, or Sayid. But it looks like it might not be sayid since he was not in the previews, but that could not matter. And didn't it look like something happened to eko in the preview, I know they do this to us all the time but I always fall for it. Can't wait for the preview to be on youtube. |

Well from other spoilers, we know jack and kate will make it to episode 6, lol thats kate's flashback one, so she better live. And nothing will happen to jack, becuase the others need him, and I can't see an accident happening and killing him. |

Probably because he's with claire now, and I don't think they would break that up. Why would it be the season of Romance when one of the top couples are split. Eko all the way. And its obviously not locke becuase we still don't know how he lost the use of his legs, unless, if he does die, we see it in someone else's flashback, kinda unlikely though. So yea, my guess is Eko. |

No, not Locke or Hurley. Aussiello is one to be trusted, so its true. My Guess Sayid. Why? Because if you remember what Boone said: When Locke looked at Jin, Sun, and Sayid, he said: "Sayid is taking care of it." Pickett will go after them, where we will learn about the sub, and Sayid will take a bullet for Sun and Jin, who will escape. |

Boone said "I think Sayid has it covered", which could mean Sayid will give his life for theirs - and it would fit with the episode title.
But I will be ticked if Sayid bites it - especially if that golf-playing pretty boy comes in to replace him. |

But I actually don't see Sayid dying as being a huge surprise - here, everyone thinks it's going to be him. It could be, but I don't think so. It's a bigger shock if it's Jin, who dies to save Sun and his unborn child. |

I also didn't think of this: What about baby Aaron? Boone also said that Claire and Charlie were ok, for now. He didn't mention Aaron at all. He has been around for all three seasons, and it would be a major shock if he died. With all that said though, I still am going for Sayid. |
