Alright...let me get on my soupbox...okay, fine, soupdish. YOU DON'T GET KILLED OFF BECAUSE YOU'RE ARESSTED! They dropped the chrages for one, and If Mal Gibson can stilll make a movie, Trippal AAA should still be working! AND I WILL BE SERIOUSLY FRUTSTRATED if the producers kill him because of this...plus they already know who lives and who dies...if Eko lives untill the end, pending charges of crimes from robery to mDIU or somthing, Eko will be apart of the show...period I don't think they'll kkill Eko. I think the "cost of living" refers to the fact that he serves to die(he feels) and the innocent die . He battles inner demons, so hes going to beat himself up....maybe have some crazy dreams. |

I don't think it will Charlie, because if this is the season of Romance ten we have barley even scratched the surface of Claire and Charlie's relationship.Plus Charlie is the best. I think it would shock the Audiance if they killed off Henry Gale.

click show... Eko is my choice because of the preview... he's clearly fighting with Loche and maybe since everyone has changed from the blast from the hatch, maybe eko has gone mad. If there is a winner between loche and eko.. well who¨s best with knifes.. clue ... throwing knifes maybe.. from the preview... i see eko falling with his back against a tree.. anyways. who's the dude with a eye patch.. aha.. there's the glasseye person we have looked for since the discovery of the glass eye in the arrow hatch/bunker.
his probably a prisoner like jack and the gang. or just another other other.... Cheers! |

I'd be very disappointed if it was Mr. Eko, for no other reason that the whole point of the Locke episode was to 'save Mr. Eko's life'. It would be a sign to me that maybe they don't have things planned out like we hope they do. Plus, he seems to be one that has a lot of story left to tell. My bet, if one of the major castmembers is really going to go, would be Charlie; he really seems to have worn out his usefulness. But I have to agree, if he's on Regis Thursday morning, that's really not a good sign.  |

Well, "Live together die alone", we all thought it would be a bloodbath. I don't know, Eko's life was already in danger...how many times can your life be in danger? It gets old after awhile ;D ROFL
And renimber, everyone thought Claire would die...guess who died? Shanon. And how many times has ben an d ssawyer come close to death? Alot...if its shocking...then it can't be Eko, Locke, Sayid....
I don't think theyir going to kill off a character like Locke or Sayid. The people they have killed, or have "left the island" are....
A. Not the most pivital characters in the world...We'll miss them, but we can live without them...ie. Boone, Shanon, Walt, and Libby
B. Characters alot of people won't miss, because alot of people hate them...ie. ana
C. We hate them so much that by the time they leave, we are happy...obveious being Micahel.
Now, what are the reasons not to kill someone, who might they be?
A. New characters that...I for one...don't really care about. They won't kill them if they want real emotion out of them I.E Paulo and Nikki
B. Characters with to much of a backstory to kill off IE Danielle (maybe?) Juliet most certainly, BenDesmond still has a story to tell
C. Characters that are so populer, poeple will throw rocks at Cuses' house: Posibily Locke, Sayid, Hurley, (imput other populer characters)
D. Their just well rounded pivital characters and well acted. Okay...long list...Locke, Ben, Juliet, Eko, Sawyer Kate (imput other characters yourslef)
F. Just way to importent to the Show...probably most importent point. Locke, Jack, Sawyer, Kate, Ben, Juliet, Sayid, and prehapes Hurley
G...if you;re ga girl you're safe...Kate, Juliet, Nikki, and Claire
So in the end, thes enames come up the least in my mind..Eko, Charlie Jin, Sun,. However, Eko mmight be to obveious.
Just becaus the title is "The cost of living", doesn't mean he dies. Its the fact that someone on the island, or in a flashback died, and now he pays the price because he feels he deserves to die. If he's facing innte demons it makes since. Plus, how shocking would it be to kill of Eko?
Killing Charlie is not hard to see. BUT, their casting two british people for ep. 8, so it could be a Charlie flashback |

Just my idea, perhaps they will kill off Locke, but keep him on the show. Maybe Eko and Des have special connection with him and he will appear in hallucinations and dreams of the two. That would lighten such a main character's death. Maybe not too plausible, but that's the only way I can see such a shocking death happen with little consequences for the show.

Can't be Sawyer Ausiello said "Next week, a major character (as in a series regular) whose name is not Sawyer will join Boone, Shannon, Ana Lucia and Libby in the big island in the sky."
I think it's going to be Eko, it's his flashback episode and if he is on Regis the next morning it is not a good sign. I don't think it'll be Charlie, a lot of people would stop watching the show if he died. |
