Kurt Russell did play Elvis & was quit good at it. Also the best part of "3000 miles to Graceland", was the ending credits. Where Russell dose his Elvis moves. I think his best career move was to hook up with Goldie Hawn.

Kurt Russell is definitely a good actor (see Backdraft); however he certainly does not surpass the likes of Denzel Washington, Al Pacino, Robert Deniro, Tom Hanks, Johnny Depp, William H. Macy, Morgan Freeman, Robert Duvall, Donald Sutherland, William Hurt or Dustin Hoffman (just to name 11).

As much as I'm usually right there with you Jack, I can't say Kurt Russell is in my top 10. He definitely is versatile and underrated but doesn't crack the top 10.
