Hey ya'll I've been out for awhile due to crappy grad school work. But still following along! I'm voting for Christmas Vacation. My whole extended family watches it every Christmas Eve - great tradition And really, those jokes are hilarious! But just an aside: for a Christmas-ie movie - full of Christmas values and eye glistening, my vote would go to Wondeful Life

I voted for "Christmas Vacation" because, Christmas-time or otherwise, its one of my favorite movies of all time. Hilarious start to finish. My friends and I used to come home after school and watch it...in the spring! "Its a Wonderful Life" and "Miracle on 34th St." are GREAT, GREAT films. Never really fell for "A Christmas Story" like everyone else, and I don't think "Home Alone" even deserves to be on the list. Just my thoughts...

Now, what about the Sequels to A Christmas Story? There are sequals?

I had to vote Christmas Vacation. Watch it at least twice a year... every year.

I have watched its a wonderful life like 7348567245684 times, and I still NEVER get sick of it! its a funny movie but it also has good lessons and all that jazz.
"Look Daddy, Teacher says, 'Every time a bell rings an Angle gets his wings.'" "Thats right! that-a-boy Clarence, That-a-boy!"
;D ahhhhh I just can't even begin to descibe the wonderful-amazingness of this movie!!!!!

The only one for me to pick is A Christmas Story. Besides living just outside of Cleveland, I can watch this movie over and over again. It's always funny and touching too.

If I could put in a write in vote it would be for Elf, mainly because its really the only movie with Will Ferral in the staring role which I can stand to watch... but since we arent doing write ins I have to say Home Alone cuz thats what I grew up with, and that what every kid wished for at one point or another in their life. ahhh the memories

There is no question that "It's A Wonderful Life" is the best Christmas movie ever. And also one of the best movies, generally, ever. It's fantastic. I'll disagree and say that, yes, Christmas Story does get annoying after watching it 50 times in several days. Especially because I always seem to see the same parts. It's good, but Wonderful Life is classic.
