You talk like 2 first downs against a desperate defense is real easy. It's by no means a given, and the patriots played a very good game. The colts just played a hair better. And dillon got stopped behind the line a few times, and on 4th and 2 they know what's coming. To turn the ball over that late in that field position would've all but guaranteed a loss.

Tom Brady is def the better QB if you look at the team he has around him. Tom Brady has Reche Caldwell and Jabar Gaffney to throw to, Peyton has Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne. Obviously Peyton has the more talented wide receivers, yet Brady can get as far with receivers most other QBs would really struggle with. i hope at least this loss will show the owners that they have to sign players during the offseason, and not let them all walk out the door.

I agree, harrison and wayne are both better than caldwell or gaffney. But if we're going to look at the supporting cast and talk about wins, then we have to look at the colt's defense, which put pressure on manning to score every time they had the ball. honestly, giving up 100 yards rushing to EVERY team. that's rediculous, and it meant that manning had to put more points up than brady did, and he stepped up and did it.

drew brees gettin his elbow dislocated is just more evidence that the pro bowl needs to be abolished
its not that entertaining no one cares about it few people watch it you're putting ALL your big stars out there to be hurt
either change somethign to make people care about it, or end it.

I'd like to express my condolances to Jack for the hiring of Norv Turner as your new head coach. This is the worst news for Chargers fans you can possible imagine. I think little miss sunshine could be a better option for the chargers than Norv "I should not be a head coach" Turner. I only hope the superior talent on the team is enough to overcome the joke that is the coaching staff. Go football!

haha yeah, poor chargers. i dont think they shouldve fired marty. he's a very good coach, and much better than norv. he just needs help with his playcalling, and that can be designated to the coordinators. we can just hope norv doesn't come in with some brand new system that totally messes up the team's chemestry

i agree!! didnt really care for marty but turner??? why??? i think i would have like to seen an unknown head coach before turner!!!! turner dont have a chance!!! even if they win the superbowl he wont get credit!! it will be because the talent!!! but sorry turner you earned it!! just not headcoach material!!! but if he dont make the superbowl with all that talent he should no longer be able to coach again!!! did they put that in his contract? but hopefully im wrong and chargers do good again this year!! GO BOLTS!!!!
