i was just bored and thought this might be good lol but most people on these boards probably prefer lost so therefore jack shepard lol as do i.

Jack Bauer by far. While I love 24 I would rather watch Lost if forced to choose but one on one Dr. Shepard would prove to be no challenge to JB. He's a total bada**. The only peson on the island that would even be a challenge would be Sayid, but I'd still go w/ Jack Bauer.

I love Jack Shepard, because he is on Lost. But Bauer is this generation's MacGyver. He can save the world with a Q-Tip, and pocket knife. Plus he does not cry in the woods. lol

I've only seen a couple epis of 24, but though I love Jack Shepherd, I'd have to go with Jack Bauer. JS is just too emotional. He drives me nuts sometimes, lol. That's why Sawyer and Kate should be together. Jack is emotional, so is Kate. Sawyer isn't, there for, Kate needs Sawyer. She needs someone strong in her life, to support her when she feels like crying. What would happen if both Jack and Kate felt like crying? They'd just melt into one huge puddle of emotion. Sorry for getting off topic, lol. Guess Jack's not the only one who rambles ;D

I do watch both, but even though I prefer Lost to 24 I have to say Bauer. The Sensitive Cry-baby Doctor Man has no chance in hell against the Highly Trained Special Ops Counter Terrorist Unit Operative.
Shepard has a dad who argued with him over medical procedures and drinking, causing him to cry in the woods a lot. Bauer has a dad who tried to have him killed by a foreign government and failed.
Shepard gets squeamish and upset (leading to crying in the woods) when torture and pain need to be used to get information. Bauer has tortured more people for information (successfully) than there are people on the Lost Island.
Shepard ran away to Thailand to fly kites (and I am sure cry in the woods) because he couldn't deal with his daddy issues. Bauer had to go into hiding after the government faked his death to keep him and his family safe from enemy agents.
Shepard would lose no matter how hard he tried against Bauer. Doesn't matter which show I like better. This is a no contest situation.

I don't watch 24 sooooo Jack Shepard Watching the show isn't needed to use standard logic. I don't watch (and have never seen a single episode of) The Unit. I just know it's about a highly trained military unit that does like special ops or something. That is all I need to know that if put against House M.D. in a VS situation, House is doomed. The same should go for Bauer VS Shepherd. Sure, if this was a question of who I would rather have operate on me the answer would be Shepherd, or even if this was a Bake Off with pies it might be different. Logic just says that a trained special forces professional VS a skilled doctor is going to be on the side of the former. Don't need to actually see either of them to know that... But that's just the Logic in me, not the fandom. |
