Please watch Friday Night Lights. It premieres tomorrow night (Tuesday) on NBC. www.fridaynightlightstheseries.com/ My friend, Kyle Chandler, plays Coach Taylor. I really hope it does well for him, he's a great guy and very talented. It is getting really good reviews, so hopefully everyone will like it.  |

It looks interesting. I do have college classes, but I will try my best to watch it. Looks like it could definitely be a keeper.
This is a very good year for new tv shows like Jericho, Heroes, Friday Night Lights, among others.

Just saw it. What a great show. It really captures the spirit of small town football, and the scene where all the football players, even the ones on the opponents team kneeling down to pray for the fallen quarterback left me in tears. Definitely has made it on my top 5, bumping off Battlestar (at least until it starts back up again). Thanks for recommending it. I highly agree this is a great show.

The cinematography was gorgeous! There were a couple times I cried. And sorry for spoiling!

I found myself crying several times too. It was a very good pilot (even if I am a little biased where Kyle is concerned.) I hope that it did well in the ratings and that the upcoming episodes hold up just as well.
If anyone missed it, they are repeating it tomorrow night (BEFORE LOST) at 8 pm on NBC. I think it might be available on nbc.com too.

As well as Itunes. I am very certain you can get it at Itunes. They are usually pretty cheap when it comes to buying season passes.

Hopefully he knows how sad we "Grey's Anatomy" fans were that he got blown up ... Kyle and I were in the drama department at the University of Georgia together (as well as Mike Tyler who played Gunther on Friends). As far as Grey's Anatomy is concerned, I don't usually watch the show, but it came on after the Super Bowl and I saw his name in the guest star credits, so I watched. I did not know that he would be blown up, so I was shocked and started crying "No!, You can't kill KYLE!!!!!" He is such a sweet guy, who deserves every success. I am very proud of him. |

A lot of fans loved him in an instant and wanted him to come back for a recurring role and asked Shonda Rhymes (the creator) on message boards "But he's not really dead, right? RIGHT?!" Sadly he was.
I really like him very much and I would enjoy a new show with him ... but football? I watched the extended trailer on NBC and I wasn't interested in it at all ... 
But I hope it finds its audience!  |

Has Battlestar been moved back up into your top 5 after that amazing premire?!?! I watched Friday Night Lights and I thought it was good. I am not really into footbal that much but I still really liked the show. Thats really cool your friends with Kyle Chandler!! I was sad when he blew up on Grey's  |
