That is awesome about CE, I really liked him in Dr. Who.

Can I mention that after this eppy I LOVE DL. His character is so completly different that I expected after the first images we saw of him. Yeah he's made some really bad choices but his motives were good and he just wants to take care of his family.

its offical....this show is the second best drama and tv....but by far the weirdest show ever.

The first few episodes, when we just saw a silloette of Sylar and a few words here and there, I looked it up on IMDB and I was so excited to see that it was Sean Bean (Booramir from LOTR), but after this episode we see that it isn't him. I went back to IMDB and now it's someone different. And Sean Bean's name isn't attributed to Heroes anymore. I swear it WAS him the first few episodes, I had a friend with me when we looked it up!!

Somebody thought it looked like him and sent the IMDB that information. It was wrong then, but the IMDB people don't fact check. A LOT Of movies and things that are in the works or are little know have all sorts of errors in them. You generally can't trust IMDB on things that aren't released yet and are not on the "Official" releases about a show or movie. The viewers are the fact checkers, so when there are no facts to check they tend to sit there with the wrong information until correct info is available.

OK, more theories:

Nikki: I think Nikki has a very simple power. That is super strength. The issue is that she had a very traumatic childhood, including the death of her sister. This has caused her to have mental issues and she is schizophrenic. There is no real Jessica, it is all Nikki, using her Jessica persona as the protector to deal with the trauma in her past.

HRG/Haitian: It will be very interesting to see the Peter meet the Haitian. If the Haitian's power is to dampen others' powers, what happens when he encounters someone who can dampen his own powers?

okay, seriously, I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to do with myself the rest of the month..... no new Heroes, no new Lost, no new Supernatural. Dang, I guess I'll have to pick up a book again.

I'm rewatching 6 months ago on Sci Fi right now and I just realized something. When Nikki tells her dad that he wasn't a bad dad just that he was never there he's got his "what the h--l is she talking about?" look on his face. I missed that before but it makes sense now since we know that he abused her and Jessica and Nikki doesn't remember any of it.

Heh - ok really good crackpot theory - there never was a Jessica - ever.

It was all only Nikki, who is again as I said above, schizophrenic. She underwent pyschiatric treatment in her youth/teen years and as a part of the treatment her doctors and mother had "Jessica" buried with a grave site to allow Nikki to move past her schizophrenia.

There are so many potential cool plot twists I could see with the NIkki character at this point... can't wait for the rest of the season.

I actually have thought this for a while. Nikki is broken because of abuse. I was just glad that the last episode pretty much vindicated my feelings about this... in fact, it kind vindicated a few of my theories. I like when that happens.

The part about there NEVER having been a Jessica, is a nice theory. Could be true.

Could also be that part of the trauma that drove her over the edge was that she actually caused her sister's death. Sure, her father was an abusive bastard, but perhaps she accidentally killed her sister trying to keep her away from him or something.

My only beef is your continued use of the wrong terminology. Schizophrenia is not what she is exhibiting. She is exhibiting a mental split, MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder). Schizophrenia is a auditory and even visual hallucination disorder, usually where somebody will hear voices telling them things or to do things. This is a common mix-up made in our society, but they are not the same disorder.

I know this one for a fact, being very close to it. I have actually dealt first hand with somebody with MPD for years. Somebody very close to me, in fact. Split at least three ways (possibly five). I did A LOT of reading and research on both MPD and Schizophrenia at the time (as I too wasn't sure of the difference because of how the terms are misused).

I think you are right JLSK and Dragraven but maybe she is possesed by her dead sister, but in a way that fits with the Heroes mythology.

Jessica could have had the power to possess people and make them do what she wants and when she was killed she decided to protect her sister and permanently possess her.
