Apparently there is an easter egg in the latest online graphic novel. This might be it:

That is so "Carrie" at least that is what it reminded me of. Another LOST/Stephen King ref?

Thanks for referring to a graphic novel JLSK. Didnt knew that stuff existed, awesome reading material! And last episode was awesome indeed! Can't wait for the next, and see what Hiro manages to do and how he will interact and bend time. I like him and Peter the best. Sylar is scary! I thought he was a goner when he fell with Peter from that building, but no, he walks. Awesome show.

OK, my uber theory: here we go -
the set up:
1. we know that Matt and Ted think they didn't get their abilities until after Mr. Bennet / HRG captured them and had the Haitian dude wipe their memory. The reality is that Matt at least had the power previous to the Haitian dude, but seems to have had his memory of it's use wiped.
2. Charlie (Ms. Memory) says her abilities appear just a couple weeks prior. It is possible that her memory goes back to when she was captured by HRG and then had her memory altered and discovered her powers once again after being released.
So Given this, what else do we know happened in Charlie's life a couple weeks prior? Hiro disappearing from her life...
So, my main theory is that the reason Hiro is not at the cafe to save Charlie is because he got side tracked with HRG when HRG captured Charlie. Somehow there is a connection there...
Theory #2 (more crackpot) is that Hiro ends up in the end having to make a choice - saving Charlie or having to save Claire. Hiro and Ando actually meet up after Peter leaves, because Hiro cannot affect Peter's path, but Hiro and Ando both are at the high school that night as well, perhaps having their confrontation with Syler between the time Sylar falls off the ledge and is in the forest captured.

I'm tring to figure out whos voice Syler's was? Benent said that Leas (Eden I think) would deal with it. Does that link them together?
its offical....this show is the second best drama and tv....but by far the weirdest show ever.

I felt so bad for Hiro Yes that was sad. I just hope we don't have so many Heroes we can't keep up. It looked like next week everyone was in the street looking into the distance. Like what happened when Hiro went into the future and NY exploded.

It was a nice way to show everyone's first experience with their powers - I thought Nathan's one was especially well done, tying a bunch of plot points all together and helping establish why he took so long to acknowledge he can fly.
It was also interesting to see Hiro's plight - it seems like he can time travel to a point once and be there for a number of days and then will get pulled back to the present. Kind of like he can freeze things for a period of time, but everything always unfreezes at some point...
JLSK
PS and the whole Gabriel Syler thing was really very interesting too... He is a fixer... I wonder how this might tie to Nikki's son, who also seems to be a sort of fixer.

It was also interesting when they showed the backstory of that one girl who works for Claire's father. They didn't show the history of the other guy though.
Can't wait for next week's episode!

spoiler on a new character to be introduced:
Claude, an invisible man played by British actor Christopher Eccleston (Doctor Who), appears January 22. "He's been living with his invisibility for many years and has come to grips with it, so he'll give us a different view into this hero world," [Heroes creator Tim] Kring explains. "He's big, imposing and charismatic, and will become a mentor to Peter - albeit a tough, reluctant and stern one. He'll help Peter learn to use and control his powers."
