Dude, I'm telling you, this show is just Lost with superheroes. Look- Peter, the doctor? Jack. His brother, Nathan, who he's always fighting with? Christian. That blonde chick whose checks are bouncing? Shannon. The little kid who reads comic books and is called "special" by the principal? Walt. The cheerleader who never gets hurt? Super Kate. The artist who does drugs? Charlie. The philosophical Indian guy who talks about destiny? Locke. The Japanese dude for comic relief? Hurley. Not saying I didn't enjoy it, though. I'm definitely watching next week.

I think you're right! It felt very Lost-ish, not only by the characters, but also by the many crossovers. I just saw the pilot and it looks very interesting - X-Men meets Lost. It came on tonight, but you can stream it for free here: www.nbc.com/Video/I wanna watch next Monday too!

They really improved the edit, from what they showed at the Comic Con, I believe they put both the pilot episode, and next weeks episode in the episode that they showed us. All the characters that they showed in the Comic Con presentation was a little overwhelming. I am glad they cut it down a bit.
Also some of the story was changed a bit, I don't want to say to spoil anyone.

I think it will be great. It reminds me of Lost and The 4400. I did read that the little Japanese guy is the next Hurley. I don't think so.

I really liked it, I know it was only the first eppy but I think it has lots of potential. I did notice the Lost-like parts, but who knows, maybe it's partly because Lost is always on my mind and it is another character driven serial show. I am just so thrilled that there are now several serial shows, they have always been my favorite to watch.

Oh, just a minor connection thinger here... If you keep your eyes to the right of the screen as it's opening on the Japanese dude, his screensaver is some sort of orange and yellow and this blue monster-ish thing rises up, right? Then when the kid is waiting outside for his mom, he's reading a comic book with the same monster thing on the cover. Boy, look at me go. I really need me some Lostiness about now. 6 days, 3 hours is too long

Yeah, NBC can only TRY to take some of Lost's thunder with this show, or emulate it at the very least. Its OK, but not as great as Lost.

Everyday I was going to post somthing about this show....lol.
Anyway, I liked it. It's probably the best new show this fall. It has potental. It did feel lost like. I'm not saying its a ripoff, I'm just making a point. It was good, though. It will never be as good as LOST, because no one will ever be as Good as LOST.
