So heres my revised theory.
Dumbledore sent Hagrid to get Harry, how Hagrid got to Godric's Hollow is a mystery. He met Sirius and borrowed his bike. He took Harry and hid. Dumbledore couldn't get Harry himself because he was busy with the Order business. But told Hagrid where to go and to wait until midnight to go. McGonnagal probably found out that Dumbledore sent for Hagrid and asked, him while he was waiting to go, where Dumbledore is going. He didn't tell her why though. So she went there and waited all day probably because she wanted to know what exactly happened.
The only problem with it is why couldn't McGonnagal just find Dumbledore and talk to him.

Maybe McGonagall didn't know where Dumbledore was and couldn't find him at the time? or it seemed logical to her to just wait a Privet Drive because she didn't know /when/ Dumbledore would come?

McGonnagal seems like she should have played a larger role in this. I think she suspected that Harry would have to be left with his parents so she wanted to see what they were like. I really don't know why DD wouldn't trust her. I think he does to an extent but it doesn't seem that way.
I wonder where Sirius got that bike from anyway...maybe Harry was taken to Hogwarts. It safe there, no?

I was thinking that Dumbledore first told Hagrid that he had to get Harry from Godric's Hollow and then Dumbledore made a portkey for Hagrid and that's how.
Maybe Dumbledore just thought McGonagall didn't need to know the information then?
Wait.. was McGonagall part of the 1st Order? She's not in that picture Moody showed Harry...
Sirius could've gotten the bike from Jame's parents..Or I guess he could've bewitched it to fly

Oh duh! Of course, Dumbledore went to Godric's Hollow! He and Hagrid probably went there, made the plan, and then left before many people were there. Taking Harry too.

The Lexicon didn't distinguish from old order members to new ones.
But one thing we don't know is how did Dumbledore know the Potters were killed so fast.

Ah okay.
I was thinking that maybe Dumbledore set up a bunch of wards and charms that would inform Dumbledore whether the Potters were alive and how their health was or something of that sort

Dumbledore casted the Fidelius Charm so maybe he knew when it was broken. Just a thought.

Oh yeah, the Fidelius. We still don't really know what happens when a Fidelius Charm breaks, so maybe when that happens it sends some type of signal to the caster of the charm.

Well JKR sort of answered this in the FAQ poll. I don't think any kind of visible sign appears if it is broken, the secret-keeper tells others and they know too but can't tell anyone. Maybe Dumbledore was able to like "feel" that something bad happened.
