So, if this does pan out, it would hint at a possible strong U.S. military/CIA role in the island...Military research?
Going back to the drug plane, it is documented that the U.S. government used the narcotics biz to sponsor some extra-military activities...

That man that trained sayid...who we now know will be revealed as Kelvin...was that not Kates adopted father? Does anyone remember him looking at a picture of Kate in the helicopter, and also the episode when Kate went to see him at his "office"?

Well, no. Those were too different guys. Kate's loser dad, Sgt. Sam Austen, was leading a mission, while CIA goon Inman was the guy who convinced Sayid to give his boss the full workout.

and while we've seen a character with the last name Inman in the military...the first name was not Kelvin. So, using a different name? Another twin theory? It gets interesting.... FYI - Clancy Brown played Joe Inman in the episode "One of Them" www.imdb.com/name/nm0000317/and that's the man in the pic in the beginning of this thread |
