Hey, Jack. I had a strange dream last night about HR Puffinstuff. Do you remember that show? You might be the only other member who does. I was just wondering.
What other old TV shows did you watch?
For me, Bewitched Gilligan's Island Laugh In Lost in Space The Match Game

I used to be terrified of that as a kid. I still think HR Pufnstuf is unsettling, and I'd never ever let my son watch it!

Ha Ha Ha. I can't remember too much specific about it, except there was a very surreal atmosphere and some strange characters. I suppose they were going along with the LSD trip motif that was popular at the time.

I remember HR pufnstuf but of corse it had to be reruns. Very wierd, I was just a kid and there was a witch, a big cheeseburger looking thing, and some other characters obviously thought of while on drugs.

LOL indeed!
In fact, I think you can say that about pretty much all of Sid and Marty Krofft's stuff - certainly Sigmund and the Sea Monsters.

That phrase provided a great deal of amusement to my friends and I way back in the late 80's. I like to think that my sense of humour has developed somewhat since then. There were a few that seemed to be in a similar vein: * Skippy * Flipper * Gentle Ben * Lassie * Littlest Hobo * Alf * Metal Mickie

I like a lot of old Westerns (Gunsmoke is an awesome one, Jack) I can catch on Encore. But still, the Game Show Network is my salvation sometimes. Family Fued is the best game on the planet. ;D
Oh, and this is a little more recent than, say, Skippy the Busch Kangaroo. But does anyone remember Bananas in Pajammas?
Bananas, in pajammas They're coming down the stairs Bananas, in pajammas They're coming down in pairs
Oh, and Legands of the Hidden Temple was awesome too! Head to the room of the Silver Monkey.

I think that I watched every show that people mentioned, Most in Re-runs... ...Banannas in Pajamas was weird as well... ...and I loved Legends of the Hidden Temple. "THAT IS CORRECT" "Thank You Olmec"

My Dad always had The Dukes of Hazzard, Hee Haw, Dallas, Dynasty...that sort of stuff on in the evening. As kids, though, we watched Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo, SuperFriends, Captain Kangaroo...there are about a million more, but more remarkable are the shows I've never watched a complete episode of: Leave it to Beaver Gilligan's Island I Love Lucy The Andy Griffith Show Bewitched I Dream of Jeannie The Brady Bunch The Partridge Family etc I never had any interest in them at all, and I don't honestly think I ever will. Ugh!
