its not blood red.. it is a fairly dirty blood stain, compared to the fresh bright red when they were taking off.

Touches on another point made before, the island doesn't seem to have much indigenous wildlife. Bodies stay intact unlike they would in real life, e.g Goodwin. Those corpses would probably be picked apart.

interesting. However it's clear that the handprint has aged. They don't match up because that's the opposite side of the doorframe, and would have been his right hand, whereas the other's clearly his left!

The plane turned upside down nose to tail when it fell out of the tree.

They still don't match up quite, the handprint is differently shaped, even when flipped. The planes don't even quite match up. There's only red trim on the Island shot. An inconsistency, or fuel for new theories?

give me a little more credit. i wasn't talking about the side the handprint was on. the way the handprint is, it basically has 5 fingers on the plane now, and if you were to grab something as Eko had you can't really get that type of mark on there. Add that in with the differences between planes (?) and you might have yourself a conspiracy.

The plane IS upside down, which Annie pointed out (and I'd forgotten, D'OH!), but the door trim is totally a different color. You know what I think? I think we've busted the production team, and that this is a mistake!
