Season 4 is my favorite.
Short but soooo good.

I know no one will agree with me but I loved season 3. There are some very weak episodes, but overall it sets up a lot of the mysteries, the Dharma Initiative gets explored a lot, Mikhail (sp?) is probably my favorite character, and the finale is amazing. The whole tone of the season is just amazing. I did not like it the first time I saw it on TV, but when rewatching it all in one go, it's really good.
