Just an idea for the podcasts during this time leading up to the rewatch. An in-depth character-by-character analysis. Each podcast, select a small handful of characters to delve into. Discuss each of those characters' stories, their motives, their outcome, the moral, the good, the bad, the redemption, their future (if they're still alive), their afterlife, their moving on, etc. I just think it would be fruitful to stop and reflect thoroughly about each individual character, focus on them, and admire the brilliance of each piece of the big picture that is LOST. You can announce ahead of time the characters to be focused on in the next podcast and listeners can call, tweet, and email in what they found remarkable about each particular character.
