Kate's status on list revealed in season 3

In season three,when Kate was in the cage, one of the guards tells Kate that she was on the list but that she is not anymore because she has been removed because of flaws that she has. I think he even implied that she was no longer protected. Kate is confused but doesn't get any more info and neither did we

This is also backed up in the caves that MIB showed Sawyer but in the "Lighthouse" Kate's name wasn't crossed off. It could be a continuity error or it could mean something in the last three episodes
