That one question that you really really want to know.
Considering that we are on the edge of the ultimate battle between good and evil, it may not be that important to the ending of the show, but its a weird thing that you just really want to know.
For me its the Others and their fertility problems, this has been the one question I have really wanted to find out ever since it was introduced.

I think they'll answer the fertility question... then again you never know. It'll be fun after the show ends to make a thread of "unanswered questions" and then see what theories viewers have about those questions

What is the island? But I've already prepared myself to not really get a definitive answer, which is fine, though it seems to me the central question of the show from the very beginning. But I would think the fertility thing HAS to be answered, even if it's just "the electromagnetism did it."

I wanted the answer to Christian Shephard. I guess I got part of it, but there's still so much that doesn't add up, so I'd like more clarified in terms of what Smokey can and cannot do.
The fertility thing could easily be explained as being a result from radiation from Jughead. It just doesn't make sense that men would then gain a higher sperm count.

The only question that I have, which actually bugs me, is Christian Shephard. Like spinaltumor said, it doesn't add up. I think that the Smoke Monster being Christian Shephard works fantastically (it adds a lot of significance to his early appearances and I love it!) all the way until you get to Christian Shephard appearing off the island to Jack and on the freighter to Michael. The reason it bugs me is because it's something that HAS kinda been answered, but now it doesn't make sense with those last couple instances. Even if the Smoke Monster COULD get on the freighter across the water, why appear to Michael just to say "you can go now", and why as Christian Shephard? But yeah, other than that I'm with the 'sit back, relax, and enjoy the show' crew I'll take whatever answers they give, but I'm not annoyed when we get an episode without any or many answers. I love season 6 so far!

J&J's interview with Kris helped ease my mind a little when it comes to the Christian Shephard questions after his anecdote involving Gregg Nations. Here's hoping!

Yeah, same. I think we'll get more about it.
If not, I'll probably just assume that Christian Shephard on the boat was different, maybe a manifestation of the dead.

My question is not an important one but I always wanted to know why Libby was in the mental hospital the first time. Did she have a gift like Hurley? I think if we would've gotten an answer if she had not been taken off the show.

Darlton explained in an interview that Libby institutionalized herself after her husband died and she was grief-stricken. She later released herself and gave Desmond The Elizabeth.
Hurley didn't have a gift until after leaving the Island. Unless you assume Dave was a dead person.... But strange that Dave would be the one and only dead person to visit Hurley prior to his coming to the Island.

For me its the Others and their fertility problems, this has been the one question I have really wanted to find out ever since it was introduced. I think the fertility question has already been answered. Taweret is the egyptian goddess of childbirth and fertility. We saw this statue destroyed by the black rock ringing in an era of difficult childbirth. There has been some exceptions and I'm not sure why or how but I don't believe that what taweret represents and the fertility problems are coincidence.

That statue was already destroyed when Amy gave birth to Ethan successfully. So the statue and the fertility problems can not be completely related incidents.

My question: What's up with Eloise? She seems to be completely outside the MIB/Jacob/Candidates storyline, but she knows about them completely.

No duh... but why leave him out of the story if he was so special? And he was the first person to be explained the rules of the game (by Locke on the beach). I know his physical location.
