Sorry man, I just watched the episode again, she doesnt, shes speaking korean with subtitles
"its him...its him"
and if your referring too later when its just Jin and Sun in the room talking about how the baby is fine, well thats just what tv and movies do, if two foreign characters are in a room alone, they speak English for the convenience of the viewer, we are supposed to infer that they are speaking in their native tounge

I thought up till now in the flashsideways we got Korean with subtitles, even when they were alone in the hotel. I don't have access to the episode right now. Did they really speak English in the hospital? Earlier, when she was doing her sweater thing for Jin in the hotel weren't they speaking Korean?

I don't think they spoke any English in the sideways at all....
Sometimes your brain can fuse the subtitles and speaking and it could SEEM like they were speaking English...?
