So who killed Nadia?

I'm doing a season 4 re-watch and just saw The Shape Of Things to Come....
Anyways I still wonder who killed Nadia. Was it really Widmore's men? And if so, why?
Or was it one of Ben's people who did it so that Ben could manipulate Sayid?
Or was it Jacob?

If we're supposed to take those ABC enhanced pop-up's as canon, then the guy Sayid shot who Ben said was the one who killed Nadia really did kill Nadia. And worked for Widmore.

But, who knows about those pop-ups....
