Modern Family is filming/filmed an episode in Hawaii in March or April. Considering how ABC loves LOST as much as we do and many of the actors have gone on to other ABC series, it makes sense Julie will appear in a LOST episode - according to her interview in TV guide to a question about Jack and his son David she said "If I'm not the mom, I will feel betrayed. Who the hell is he sleeping with?"
Bonus - They are looking to get Walt back into LOST also.
