On the island - We had real time and flashbacks. (usually 2004 and the past)
Flash Forwards - were actual real time off the island (usually 2007)
Flash Sideways - is a different reality but it contains Flash Deja vu to link both timelines.

I think there is going to be other flash-types perhaps ending with the flash-reality.
