Podcast problems

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm at my wit's end.

For the last month or so, iTunes has gotten worse and worse as a place to download the podcast, and now it seems it can only do a megabyte or so before giving me a -3259 error.

I've spent hours following different instructions and things trying to fix this, to no avail.

Unfortunately, every time I try to download it from the website or any other source, it downloads a few hundred kb and craps out.

Strangely enough, websites, torrents, everything else works fine, just not podcasts.

Any ideas? I love listening on my long walks to work, and would hate to miss out on everything.

Okay, to cut a long story short, it seems my ISP has some ridiculous 'traffic shaping' thing going on, which is screwing up downloading. Found a way around it though. As you were!
