Many are talking about the island being destroyed or sunk (as in LA X) and that is MIB smashing the bottle and evil being released. If the island is destroyed or blown up, he would have smashed the cork or chopped it with a dagger that is hidden around the island (kidding).
I don't even know if Jacob's wine bottle explanation is true. I don't believe anything MIB or Jacob say any more than I do island Ben.
The cork is the island, the evil is the wine, so is Jacob or the next Jacob the bottle? And if Jacob is killed and the evil gets out, you can get a new bottle/candidate, but how does one put the wine/evil back in (unless it's a law of nature or the game on the island that the evil must be contained until there are no more candidates).
Is MIB going to simply kill Jacob and the candidates or get rid of the whole system in his loophole he's looking for?
