Did Juliet really kill herself for unselfish reasons. I think it was totally selfish she loves Sawyer so much and feels that she will lose him to Kate, so she believes that if the plane never crashes she will never have to feel this pain of losing Sawyer.

Well 1) She wanted to reverse 815 from crashing, sure. And yeah, that would mean she wouldn't have to lose Sawyer, as she said. But that also means she's sentencing herself to being on the Island all the longer and stuck with Ben, etc. Not really an awesome alternative.
2) She didn't really aim to die. Falling down a shaft and being severely injured isn't exactly something to shoot for. Hitting the bomb didn't even technically kill her, either.
And 3) She said "it worked" happily. If it's true that the coffee line refers to her getting coffee with Sawyer in the sideways timeline then she was happy about being with him again. Not worried like "Oh, I'll lose him again. Crap."
BUT I guess you could say that when she hit the bomb she aimed to die, but because it was really the fall that killed her only...it's not really a true "sacrifice" so therefore couldn't work on convincing MIB.

I understand that her life on the island wasn't the greatest but to her it's better then losing Sawyer.
In the flashsideways time they are probably just meeting and has no thoughs about other girls in Sawyers life. She also never said it worked Miles said that.

Interesting point that they - both Jacob and Blackie (sorry MIB is too Will Smilth and I am sorry to say - MIL - Man In Locke - makes no sense whatsoever - Blackie is not walking around wearing Locke's corpse) - said that their opposites has to be stabbed before they said anything with the Magical Knife of Taruwet (my name).
We all saw what good that did with Blackie when Sayid did the deed - but Ben was never given any type of warning like that before heading into the Jacob's Weaving Shack (AKA The Foot). Ben also didn't have the aforementioned Magical Knife - so maybe - just maybe - that was the difference. If you stab an all powerful being - at least all powerful on the island - with an old rusty knife - it kills them - while the Magical Knife of Taruwet is more for ceremonial purposes and if pretty ineffective.
Actually - after all of that silliness above - what it may come down to is simply this - that Jacob knew it was his time - or close to it - or he would not have brought "The Candidates" to the island.
Yeah - he had brought all kinds of people there over the years (centuries??) - but none of them were "Candidates". His reason for being surprised that Ben actually did it was that Ben had served him all of those years (without ever having seen him - makes you wonder just what kind of salesman Richard is - getting Ben and The OThers to believe in a being that they never saw but who supposedly lived right there on the island with them) and he was probably expecting someone with no real ties to the island to be the one who actually did the deed - someone he might not be able to pursuade like he did with Ben - playing on his "service to the island".More to come later - it's lunch time

Er right...Miles said it. Her inflection I was taking from her saying the bit about the coffee and telling Sawyer she had something important to tell him.

(sorry MIB is too Will Smilth and I am sorry to say -MIL - Man In Locke - makes no sense whatsoever - Blackie is not walking around wearing Locke's corpse) In a way this is very MIB/Will Smith cause the roosterroach alien wears Edgar. I still love that line the wife says, "It was like someone in an Edgar suit." ;D

I coined the term SmokEsau, but it didn't catch on. How about MIF (Man in Flocke)?

Quite simply Flocke/MIB/Esau/MIL is actually Smokey or the Smoke Monster.
When Henry Gale became Ben Linus many people called him Benry for awhile
