Sundown: Did Smokey show Kate images?

So I just recalled that ol' Smokey was flashing Kate as he flew over her and Claire as they hid in the Temple pit... Did anyone see if these "flashes" were similar to those shown to Ben and Echo? Kate had this really confused look on her face instead of being merely frightened... thought she might have been shown something.

I think it was just a victim riding the Smokey express.

Yeah I pause my dvr and went frame by frame all I saw was a body every now and then the smoke wasn't as thick and you could see the ceiling of the temple.
