Last night I think we witnessed a paradox that I believe will lead us to Jacob's great plan.
We have seen the Jacob allows Nadia to die, while saving Sayid. I truly believe Jacob knew that MIL would offer Nadia up as temptation to Sayid.
So, what's his motive? Sayid really does seem like he's just a born killer, no matter what timeline it is. Could Sayid really be the one to replace MIL? I hope not - he seems to kill out of what appears to be morally right, but is it?
PLEASE NOTE: I am not advocating that killing is EVER morally right, I'm just saying - he appears to have a just motive.
PLEASE NOTE: I'm not saying killing anyone ever is just - please don't send police to my location.

I agree with podcast Jack about Sayid and his killing. He doesn't want to do it, and no one likes him doing it...yet they ask him to kill anyway so he does. So does that make him a natural killer? Or is he just easily manipulated into killing?
