I couldn't resist! I clicked on it and am now officially spoiled. And here, for posterity, I'm going to put my prediction about what is going to happen next in the scene...
My prediction is that Jack's dad will come back from the restroom alive and well and sit next to Jack, commenting on the turbulence or something. Great way to show us that things really are very different in this new timeline. My second favorite theory is that we're being tricked, and that within the next few seconds the plane will go into a dive and crash again. And in this timeline, Jack is going to die in the crash.
Those are my theories based on the leaked scene. Looking forward to finding out if I'm right! |

Gut feeling here (and my gut has been way wrong in the past). . . . . . . .
Everything happening on the plane - and anything that happens after the plane lands in LA - happens after something else - not sure what - resets the timeline so that the crash doesn't happen. What we are seeing is after everyone finally gets off of the island for good and the island doesn't exist any more.
Just a thought

Dang... how wrong was I? Still, Jack's dad's body is missing, so maybe I'll at least be right that Jack's dad's alive in this timeline...
