It's a nice little special. You can also get in for free on iTunes (which offers an HD version, which is always nice).
By the way, it's worth mentioning that all the previous specials are available for free on iTunes, as well as the Pilot (1 & 2), all in regular and also in HD.

Nothing new, but it was still entertaining. I like that Doc Jensen, Previously on Lost, Whoopi Goldberg, Alex Trebek, and others were all able to give their thoughts on the show. This acts more like a fan appreciation special than a recap.
The only new thing I learned was that Tufts University apparently had a Lost course at their school. Which sounds pretty awesome.
