J & J LOST Vidcast: Why is Jack so grumpy?

Every LOST vidcast of Jay & Jack I have watched, Jay seems like a happy, nice and fun guy, and Jack seems like a grumpy old coot.

Cheers up Jack, or let Jay run with the Vidcast solo!
