OK, is it just me, or is the boards even deader than usual for an off season session. I'm thinking it is one or more of the following: - It is always this quiet and I am just imagining things
- Everyone tweets now, so these boards are for dinosaurs
- We have been so overwhelmed with answers, we have no more theories

I think/hope that it's just because it's the off season. After all, it's 9 months without an episode, so you can't expect many people to stick around in the empty space. That said, I can hardly go a day without thinking about LOST o_0 I've been watching fantastic fan-made vids every few days to pique my interest so I've been at a constant level of hype for the past 6 months  Really, though, I think we'll see a large influx of members once the season actually starts. Only a few months away now! February 3rd! Mark it off on your calenders  |

most members that used to post a lot don't even post anymore. and it's cool having newer members around but there aren't enough to really keep this place busy all the time.

Do Jay and Jack even mention this site on the podcast anymore? It would be a natural place to host the name the cat contest. (Rousseau. Gotta be.)

Something was mention a couple of LP's ago about updating it, but I don't know if that is a plan or just a thought.

They mentioned creating a whole new forum and asking if anyone could make one.
It'd be sad to start at square one again, but if it got more people to join for "a new beginning" or something, I'd be on board with that.
A part of me sort of feels that a new forum should be on hold until we can really see how well FlashForward and V do. It'd be silly to create a whole message board for only one more season of Lost and two shows that might not make it to a season 2.
Unless J&J have other things in the works. And I'm sure they'd want a Nudia section too....

If Jay and Jack just mentioned this forum on the weekly podcast, I think traffic would pick up. I think a lot of newbie podcast listeners don't even know it exists.
