I truly loved this film. But I can see where it won't be for everyone. The trailers and ads make it look like much more of a comedy that it turns out to be, and it's quite long. Also don't go in looking for complete realism or historical acuracy, but then why would you expect that from Tarantino? If you temper your expectations and are patient with the movie, I think you'll find something special here.

Yeah, it wasn't really a comedy. But a really really fun movie. It kept my interest the whole time. Also,
Pulp Fiction Reservoir Dogs Kill Bill Vol. 2 Inglourious Kill Bill Vol. 1 Jackie Brown Death Proof
But I enjoy all of them

I'm not a Tarantino fan, so I won't be going out of my way to see it. I'm in the, like...1% group of people who find his stuff kind of boring.

saw this one a few days ago & loved it it's probably the most accessible Tarantino movie out there, but definitely not accessible enough for all of the senior citizens in the theater with me who were expecting a more conventional war movie

Alrighty I saw it. I liked it, but I still don't see what the big deal is with Tarantino movies.
I don't mind violence. I just find it has to be used to a reason. Not just violence for violence's sake.
This movie wasn't driven by blood and such, so all was good.

I saw it today. It was a little long, but I liked it.
Music was really good, plus they played some music from Kelly's Heroes you can't go wrong with that.

Tarantino is always good with music, though. I can always give him that.

I'm not a Tarantino fan at all but I saw this movie last night because it has a lot of actors that I like. I really liked it. I agree that one of the things that made it more accessible than most Tarantino movies is the fact that it isn't driven by violence.
