Hi everyone... I can't believe I've never posted here before and I've been listening since the beginning.
I will be at Comic Con. Anyone else? My husband is a comic book artist and will be signing so I'm going to be solo during the day.
Hope to meet Jay and Jack!
Molly

Welcome to the boards. We can be a fun bunch. Glad you are going. Wish I was going.
If you need more information about Comic Con click the link on the top of the pages for Nudia.tv Jay, Jack, and Colleen just did a new vid with a bunch of information on Comic Con. Maybe you could get in touch with them where you will be and maybe meet up. They are really cool people.

Hello and welcome! As a local I like to suggest a few of my favorites in the area: Ciro's Pizza on Market St. makes a mean calzone. The Waterfront Bar in Little Italy makes some of our town's best cheeseburgers. Also in Little Italy are several wonderful Italian restaurants, my favorite it Mona Lisa's, which has a great deli attached. If you're in OB, Poma's delicatessen has the best Italian sub in town and Hodad's have great burgers, fries, onion rings, and shakes. And great fare at the Coaster Bar in Mission Beach near the boardwalk, just across the street from the roller coaster at Belmont Park. Balboa Park is a great place to spend the day for free, as are Seaport Village and the bay on all fronts, all free for sightseeing (if you're not buying anything). Enjoy!

Nobu and Ra are both in the gaslamp district, pretty close to the convention center and likely your hotel

My favorite sushi ever is Sushi Deli 2 on Broadway between 1st and 4th, right across the street from the NBC building, right by Horton Plaza. Great quality for great prices, and love their house sake. Problem is it's always packed. Have fun!
