I saw on Lostpedia ( lostpedia.wikia.com/wiki/Deleted_Scenes) that there were some issues of TV Guide with CD-ROMs that have extra deleted scenes from seasons 1 and 2. There was also a DVD included with the book The LOST Chronicles that has extra deleted scenes. Does anybody know where I can see these videos? I've searched YouTube, Google, etc. but I'm coming up empty.

I purchased the book The Lost Chronicles at my local Borders the other day for $2.99 on the clearance rack. It does indeed come with a DVD. I've been reading through the book which is cool in and of itself... lots of inside information regarding the genesis of the series and the first few eppies.
I haven't had time to review the DVD yet, so not sure about what is on it.

That's cool, tibbs! Do you know how to make video files of the deleted scenes and upload them to YouTube? If so, that would be aaaaaaaawesome.

Would they be any different than the scenes on the season DVDs?

Would they be any different than the scenes on the season DVDs? Yes, they are. Check out the link I included in the first post.

So it's called The Lost Chronicles. Try reading Bad Twin.

So I finally got around to watching the 'bonus disc' that comes with The Lost Chronicles. Let's just suffice it to say that the price you pay is DEFINITELY for the book, not the DVD.
The book is really great. Informative and entertaining, chronicling the first season. The DVD is basically the "Designing a Disaster" and "Welcome to Oahu" featurettes featured on the first season set as well as four deleted scenes. They are LAME! Two are merely extensions of ones found on the DVD and two are 'exclusive'. One is literally all of 15 seconds long of Sun crying and Jin watching in the background. The other is Locke explaining to Walt what a "tell" is in a poker game. Nothing to write home about, believe me. AND, the video quality is really crappy. So, all in all it's a bust, but I would highly recommend the book.

I want all the extras I can get from this show. I mean, come on, it's still the greatest show ever! IMHO So anything, even low-quality, yawnable deleted scenes are a must-have in my book.
