Elizabeth Mitchell has been cast as the lead in the new "V" series that has been picked up for next fall

Buuuut they've only done 13 episodes. And on...some talk show or other...she said they'd already finished filming for V.
And Entertainment Weekly said she would be in Lost next season, but not as a main cast member....
But she is the main character on V. Or one of them anyway....
But...but...I want her to be alive! I will not accept her death! Nooooo~

I had read that "V" won't actually be broadcast until next January - running more or less at the same time as LOST. It will probably come down to filming schedules - which will make it weird to see her on two shows at once on the same network.
I know they have the pilot for "V" done - not sure about the other 12 episodes (They had better not cancel it either - one of the hottest women - IMO - is in that show - aside from Elizabeth Mitchell - Morena Baccarin - playing Anna - who if I remember was the lead bad girl  ) EDIT - her name was actually Diana in the old series - could be they are doing a complete scrub from the old series - probably not a bad idea.
Elizabeth Mitchell filmed her parts of the pilot while LOST was still in production - and I am sure that with it being LOST's last season - the "V" crew would be willing to shoot around her if LOST needed her.

It REALLY doesn't mean anything I know, but she did say she is coming back to Lost next season when she was on Jimmy Kimmel two of three weeks ago.
Go to 3:20 ( sound is bad but...)
My theory is that she will be a "ghost" like character or NOT really dead, but everyone including Sawyer think she's dead and pull her out as an Ace near the end of the series. HOW COOL WOULD THAT BE!
I am really hoping she's not dead...after all this is Lost and we have yet to see her look dead. "You have to come back Juliet...you have to come back!"
