Well Daniel Dae Kim DIDNT get killed off after his drunk driving problems, even with him looking like he asploded on the frieghter, so I wouldn't think that's the entire reason they got kicked off.

Geez, guys what's with thinking all of a sudden that he'll be killed off early? First of all, the media kills everything. This is just as likely a false claim as it is a real one. Also, she's filing a lawsuit. If she loses, everything is fine. Even if she wins I can't imagine they would get rid of Desmond because of that. Don't get all worked up about this |
