I was reading an interview with Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof <http://www.bullz-eye.com/television/interviews/2009/lost.htm> and they mentioned that they weren't going to answer any more questions about Libby. I wonder why they teased her back story and now are not going to revisit it.

I know! It's one of those things where I can understand them not really wanting to concentrate on her now, with more important things to cover...but clearly at some point, they had a plan for her. So what was it? All I want is for them to just say what that was. In an interview, at least.
At least their answer for more or less Walt was more hopeful for seeing him again.

I hope they are throwing us off track...with the series ending there is going to be less and less things to hide. I am still wishing she pops up.

I get the feeling that Libby will be one of those unanswered questions.

It might be that Libby, like Dave, was just in Hurley's head the entire time (and everyone just thought he had gone crazy and started talking to himself). The person everyone else was talking to and Michael shot? A log-carrying woman who just coincidentally looked a lot like Hurley's imaginary Libby.
....or not. I've actually wanted a libby-episode ever since meeting her (and especially after seeing crazy libby), but I think at most we'd see her in someone's flashback for a few minutes, explaining away her entire story :/ There's too many other people/unexplained things, not to mention a whole new story arc to begin for whatever season 6 is about
