I was just rewatching the season 3 episode where we see Ben being born and going to the island for the first time. I think it is called "Man Behind the Curtain".
There is a scene where little Ben and little Annie were in class and the Hostiles attacked and the teacher grabs her rifle and tells the children to get to their positions and whatnot. When Ben is ducking down with Annie she says "don't worry it is just the hostiles".
Then there is a quick camera flash to the outdoor window. I swear I saw La Fleur's beautiful 1970's locks flapping in the wind as he runs off to his security duties. I watched it several times.
I love this show...

That would be really cool, but I checked it out and the hair is blond... I don't think it's LaFleur AKA Sawyer.  |

I watched that too. Very interesting. If it is supposed to La Fluer maybe they used a stand in to make it look like Sawyer, so we did not notice Sawyer running by. Because if we did, we would be really confused, and guess even more what was going on, on the show.

That would be really cool, but I checked it out and the hair is blond... I don't think it's LaFleur AKA Sawyer. I think La Fleur's hair is a little longer and much Blonder (3 years more sun exposure on the island) than Sawyer's. I remember Jack (the host not the character) making a comment about it in an episode just after we see Sawyer back in '77. I am sticking to my theory... thanks for the input though! |

yes but they will connect the sesne so sawyer is the man behide the curtain. even if he wasnt before.

You can find a screencap of the guy on lost-media.com under photos, Season 4, The Man Behind the Curtain.
If you look the guy has very blond hair with seemingly dark kinda highlights.
But more importantly, I think the very same guy pops up in this episode (I think it was at the Orchid - I just remember seeing him). I'm almost positive it's the same guy. Sorry to put a nail in the theory, but I'm pretty sure it isn't LaFleur.

Might be the same guy who is behind the camera in the season premiere, he looked a lot like Sawyer too.
