Ben says he returned to the island "to be judged" because he "broke the rules." We know that Ben accused Charles of having broken the rules by having killed Ben's daughter. Is this confirmation that Ben has killed Penny, or at least tried to?

I know I am really happy about the things we saw in the preview...Here's what I noticed: It is going to have flashback to what happened to Ben before 316 YAY! Apparently Ben "broke the rules" (possibly by coming back to the island?) He is back to be Judged We will get to see what happened on the L.A. Dock We will see more of the "magical temple" -Past and Present I hope...and I think Locke is in the temple with Ben Ben is the one who brought the boat with the Ajira water bottle to the Main Island. We will see how Ben got Alex from Rousseau (YAY more young Rousseau) Smoke Monster might just make another appearance It looks like Frank is gonna get whacked in the head too. ...There was also a quick clip of two men taking someone to the sub...looks as though a prisoner of sorts (could this be Faraday or maybe Jack?) Anyway looks awesome...did anyone else pick up anything cool from the preview?

I think the Smoke Monster is what judges Ben.

I think we're going to see somehting similar to what happned with Eko - maybe a combination of both of his meetings with the Smoke Monster.
When he says he can't control what's coming out of the jungle - he's basically ready for whatever is going to happen and maybe telling Locke to high tail it out of there.
