A few eps ago when Sawyer and friends came upon the lady and her husband the hostels were going to kill them. Dones anyone know why?

No. Other than the possibility of them deciding to picnic inside Other territory. But they never actually said.

i now think at they weren't trying to kill amy , they were making look like a kidnapping so she could return to her poeple the other's and her husband got in the way, but then swayer and crew showed up and messed things up.
