I just noticed that in the video Kate and Jack are watching of Dr. Chang/Halliwax/Candle/Wickman (as they are waiting to check in as recruits in "Namaste") Chang seems to be wearing a Dharma jumpsuit with the Swan logo on it. How is this possible if Radzinsky hasn't even finished the design for the Swan yet? Is this a sign that the video is from the future? Are all the Chang videos from other time periods? If so, how?

Do you happen to have a screencap for that? I didn't notice the logo. I guess I'll rewatch Namaste and see for myself.

Ok, I just went and rewatched Namaste, and you never get to see the middle of Chang's DHARMA patch. You can see the upper portion of it, but not the middle, where the logo is. It's cut off by the bottom of the screen. Maybe it's different in the HD version?

Sorry, I don't know how to do screen caps! I was watching in HD, so maybe my screen was different than yours. I didn't see the whole patch either, but I could see what appeared to be the long neck and head of the swan at the top part of the center circle. I also noticed that in that video Chang was gesturing with his right arm/hand and not his left, just like in the Swan video where his left arm is motionless.

I just assumed since they're already planning the Swan and he's Mr. Science that he already has the patch. But could be time travel, good catch!

Let me know if I'm wrong. No, Kelvin is not on the island. Remember, he was the American officer in Iraq who taught Sayid how to torture. That was in the early 1990s, and Kelvin didn't join Radzinski in the Swan until sometime after that, so we're a couple decades prior to that time right now. |
