Who could she possibly be?

In an interview publushed today the LOST costume designer said:

"Today, we went back to a character I never thought we'd see again. They cast another actress in the role, but luckily she fits the costumes."

Who could this be?

• He never thought we'd see her again, so either she was a medium/minor character OR she is dead.
• They cast another actress in the role (why? age difference?) but the exact same costume had to fit. So what costume/wardrobe would be worn by the same character at different ages? A uniform?

For a character like Cassidy, they wouldn't cast a different actress. We've seen Locke's mother both young and old, why would they need to cast a different actress? It's probably someone on the island... maybe Horace's sister, only younger, but not the same actress as in the car? Ben's mother?

I REALLY hope it's Libby. I think there was a reason to the missing scene from the press conference. The scene mentioned the names: Boone, Libby & Charlie. There HAS to be something too that.

I would love to see Libby again... but how could another actress play her? Unless it is another age. And was Libby working for Widmore, or for Hawking, or for Ben?

HA HA The First Oceanic 6 Press Conference... Remember on the Season 4 Finally night they added a clip to it? The 3 names were said at that time.

...But yeah the different actress thing...guess i skipped over that...mmm HAS to be an age thing, OK what time are we thinking this might be? early 90's? Late 80's?

This could have been about Rousseua. Maybe the interview was from a while back, but just recently published.

So far as we know - at least as far as I know - no character - unless they were a very minor one - has been re-cast - so I am thinking it is someone relatively well known in an episode we haven't seen yet.

As for who it could be - based on what the costumer said - it's someone who died
