Here are all of the entries from the Lost Podcast email address as of March 10, 2009. Jack printed each entry out & I retyped them on here myself, so I apologize if I made any mistakes. PM me if your entry is wrong or if you submitted one & it's not on here and I'll fix it.
1. From Dustin & Amey in NYC:
-Jamesons
-Jack Daniels
-Coke Cola
2. From Nancy H:
-4.5 ounces of Mango Juice (She must be at least 10% mango after those months on the Island)
-1.5 ounces of Absolute Peppar
To Shave:
Chill an Old Fashioned Glass
Dip rim first in water, then in dish of cayenne pepper (some fire for our arsonist)
Pour Mango Juice/Vodka mixture over ice
Garnish with fresh ground pepper (freckles for freckles)
*This drink might sound odd, but mango and black pepper taste great together!
3. From George-Michael D. in Ottawa:
-Gin (Bombay Sapphire). She has bite, is strong, and can make you feel dizzy real quick but is smooth all at the same time.
-Sparkling Pink Grapefruit juice. If you have ever tasted this you will understand why. It is tart and sweet and pretty, just like Kate.
-Ice. Just how she is. Able to cool her feelings when she needs too.
4. From Matio:
-1 oz. Jack Daniels + 1 oz. Jim Bean - representing Kate's affection for Jack Shephard & James "Sawyer" Ford and her inability to pick just one!
Pour over ice and top with Hawaiian Punch. Best consumed while on the run. Warning: May induce nausea...similar to Kate-centric episodes.
5. From Kristi in Miramar:
Here are a couple of options that exist:
-3 Way Screw
-2 shots of Vodka
-1 shot of Malibu rum
-Orange Juice
Road Runner Punch
-1 part Malibu rum
-1 part Blue Curacao
-1 part Peach schnapps
-Fruit Punch
Pyro
-1 shot vodka
-1 shot firewater
-Splash of Everclear
6. From Matt H:
K - Kentucky Whiskey (Preferably Jack Daniels)
A - Apple Juice
T - Tequila
E - Energy Drink
This roostertail is the essence of Kate. Kentucky whiskey starts it off strong and tough, apple juice gives this drink a sweet yet sour personality, a splash of tequila provides a wild kick and 1 Dharma energy drink gives you an extra boost for those long encounters in the Hydra cages or late nights taking care of whiny Aaron. Add more tequlia if you don't have a babysitter for Aaron, you'll need it!
7. From Ryan C. in Madison, WI:
-4 servings:
-8 oz. McCutcheons Whiskey
-15 ice cubes
-16 oz Dharma sour mix =
-23 sips and
-42 minutes of bliss!
What if the Dharma sour was in the OJ Juliet drank in the sub on the way to the island and what if John and Ben threw up after turning the wheel...
8. From Bobby M:
It is a very simple drink as it is only Jack Daniels poured into a glass with ice, along with a secondary drink of Niagara Falls brewed "James Ready" beer. The reason it is called "Kate on the Rocks" is because if you get tired of Jack, you can always just switch to James.
9. From Josh from Jackson, MS:
-1 part Dr. Pepper
-2 parts Jack Daniels
-and a splash of Southern Comfort
-Of course, it is on the rocks!
10. From Matt from Cleveland, OH:
-Ice (duh)
-2 shots of coffee, with milk and tow sugars (like Kate takes her coffee)
-A shot of vodka (Because it's strong and has potential to get you drunk easily...just like Kate).
11. From Doug in Diamond Bar, Home of the Chicken Shack's Tricia Tanaka Special:
-Kahula (An island motif drink in honor of our favorite island)
-Amaretto (A nut flavored liqueur, cause a goober is a nut and so is Kate)
-Triple Sec (Very close to the word 'sex' and Kate definitely has had more than her share of sec on the show)
-Energy Drink (Just a splash, so Kate can amp up for those long hikes in the jungle that she always needs to be rescued from)
12. From Shannon C:
-Jack Daniels - "Jack" for her relationship with Jack Sawyer, "Daniel" for her contribution in finding Daniel Faraday that helped her get off the island
-Jim Bean - "Jim" short for James and her relationship with James "Sawyer" Ford.
-Gin - For her friend "Jin"
All of this mixed with some Sunny Delight orange juice for her friend "Sun" and some sweet and sour because sometimes Kate is sweet and sometimes she can be sour
This is followed by a chaser of "Sam" Adams in honor of her stepfather Sam Austen, who she chased down and killed.
13. From Carla from Ohio:
-1/2 orange slice
-2 cube of sugar
-2 dashes of Angostura bitters
-2 ounces of McCutcheon's whiskey
14. From Bryan the Bartender in Atlanta:
You go up to the bartender and order a "Kate on the Rocks".
The bartender gives you either a Jack Daniels and a splash of sweet/sour (obviously for Jack) or a Jamison Irish Whiskey and a splash of sweet/sour for (for Sawyer aka James). Both drinks are garnished with a tiny airplane and a slice of mango.
You never know which one you're going to get or how much it will cost, but don't worry, the final ingredient is for you to RUN OUT ON YOUR TAB!
15. From Vicki:
-Bourbon (for the southern, hearty Kate)
-Ginger liqueur ("sassa-frazz")
-Maraschino cherry and juice (sweet Kate in a sundress while being held captive by Ben and his people)
16. From Danthew:
Take a tall, thin glass, fill it with ice then pour 3 parts vodka to 1 part laxative. Just like Kate, you've got the runs.
17. From Carrisa:
-1 part vodka
-1 part sweet & sour (just like her personality)
-1 part blue curacao (to represent the ocean)
-Splash of bitters (heh)
-Splash of grenadine (blood)
Best served on the stomach of Sawyer.
18. From Jeff W:
-Fill glass half-way with cold-hearted ice
-Add 1 shot of "Jack" Daniels OR 1 shot of Jim "James" Bean (depending on the day)
-Filled with Freckled lemonade
-Add a cherry cuteness...
19. From Josh, Brett, and Dee:
Kate on the Rocks would consist of only two ingredients:
First, a little bit of Jack Daniels (Jack)
Then a little bit of Jamison (James "Sawyer")
Then a little bit more Jack
Then a little bit more Jamison
Then a little bit more Jack
Then a little bit more Jamison
Then a little bit more Jack
Then a little bit more Jamison
Then a little bit more Jack
Then a little bit more Jamison
Then a little bit more Jack
Then a little bit more Jamison
Served on the rocks.
20. From Derrick:
My drink would to be named after Kate would be...Kate's A Little Sour
Ingredients:
-Equal parts Jack Daniels and Jim Bean (Jack and James Ford)
-Splash of sour
-Served over rocks in a lowball glass
-Garnish with a Strawberry (because Kate has to taste like strawberries)
21. From Sasha in Auburn, IN:
Put into a shaker:
-Ice
-1 part JACK Daniels
-1 part JAMES Jim Beam
-1 Day Lily
-1 pinch of sand (for grit)
-Splash of 151 run
Slap shaker around for a while. Decide you like it again. Caress gingerly. Strain drink into heavy, lowball glass with ice. Light it up like Kate. Blow out immediately. Enjoy at your own risk.
22. From Jason:
-Two shots of McCutcheon (it's a stiff drink)
-One tea spoon of Dharma ranch dressing
-One half cup of Coconut milk.
And there you have it. Before you know it, you'll be throwing dynamite at random trees.
23. From Tabberoo:
A good Kate on the Rocks recipe has to have strawberries. In the episode "The Glass Ballerina" after kissing Kate, Sawyer tells her "you taste like strawberries".
And of course she wants you one moment then runs away = Sweet & Sour
Ingredients:
-2 oz gin
-2 oz Midori melon liqueur
-1 oz strawberry juice
-8 oz sweet and sour mix
-Lemonade
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients with ice. Fill with lemonade. Garnish with strawberry on the edge of glass.
Serve in a Coconut half (or a Collins Glass if you have no coconuts)
24. From Aurelí:
My idea is strawberry puree and juice with ice on the blender, then add some Malibu and serve it in a tall glass with some piquín-chilli powder on the edges. It's tropical like the island and tastes like strawberries like Kate!
25.From Frak:
I would mix whiskey with a dash of sweet & sour.
Kate is classic and tough like Whiskey. The dash of sweet & sour is there because she likes to play with the hearts of us Menfolk. Gentle nod to both Sawyer and Jack

26. From Richard B:
Mix equal parts 'Jack' Daniels and Dharma beer (or any cheap can o' beer) and serve 'on the rocks'!
27. From Jason in Roselle, IL:
The drink must include multiple "shots" in homage to her love for guns.
28. From Uncle Igmar:
Grab a large Martini shaker and fill with ice - add the following:
-Kentucky Bourbon - 1 shot
-Absolut Vodka - 1 shot
-Tangueray Gin - 1 shot
-Espresso - 1 jigger
Shake this mixture violently for 23 seconds and pour it all into a tall glass - add straw - drink only 1
29. From Camille in Slovenia
Over ice, pour:
-A shot of Jack Daniels
-A shot of Jameson
-Another splash of Jack Daniels
-Top with bitters
30. From MarkedMan:
1) Take a long hard pour of Kentucky Bourbon straight into a chipped plastic tumbler. Ice? Are you kidding me?
2) Bring a bottle of Absolut vodka close to the bourbon. Briefly, very briefly, touch the tumbler.
3) Add ice to the Bourbon. Just one cube! No harm...
4) Find a flashy but cheap decanter. Fill it from a Southern Comfort bottle. Start waving it around the Bourbon haphazardly, like you really don't care.
5) Add a few more cubes to the Bourbon. After all, the first one melted...
6) Now begin to wildly swing the vodka and the Southern Comfort at each other and at the bourbon. Lot's and lot's of motion and near misses with both bottles, but nothing really happens.
7) More ice in the bourbon. It's starting to look watery now.
8) Hold the Southern Comfort decanter and the bourbon tumbler close together. Shake, Shake, Shake. Shake vigorously. Shake some more. Pour a dash of the Southern Comfort in bourbon.
9) Add ice to the bourbon.
10) Take the bourbon and vodka into another room, leaving the Southern Comfort behind. Shake the bottle and tumbler together any number of times, for weeks, maybe even months. Pour a dash of Vodka in the bourbon.
11) More ice, more ice.
12) Pull the tumbler violently away from the vodka bottle. Follow the tumbler around pathetically with the vodka bottle. Whine and sob a little as you do so.
13) Take a long hard look at the now hopelessly watered down bourbon and try to remember what you saw in it in the first place. Didn't it used to be hard and crisp and bracing? Now it's just a watered down mess. Sigh.
14) Take a quick look at the pathetic vodka. Shudder.
15) Go back into the other room. Look for the cheesy decanter but realize that at some point in all the commotion it had been poured into a plain but serviceable bottle. Despite the fact that you don't really care for the overly sweet, cloying taste of Southern Comfort you take a little sip. What the Hey! You had only assumed it was Southern Comfort! It was really Makers Mark! It was the best of the bunch the whole time.
