Ben and Widmore have mentioned that a war is coming to the island and Locke needs to be back on the island. Widmore said that if he doesn't the wrong side could win.
Any ideas?

Im thinking the Purge too. It might not fit though. Widmore in the present told Locke there was going to be a war. Maybe that means it has to take place in the present time.
